Gallatin Session – Mission Possible: Surviving and Thriving in Tough Times
This workshop is designed to help your organization focus on its core mission as a key strategy to survive the economic downturn. In the current climate, it is more important than ever to use scarce resources wisely for programs and activities that are essential to mission. The session will include practical tools and ideas you can use to set program priorities, allocate and manage resources and increase support for your mission.

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. Refreshments will be provided.
