Humana is now accepting applications for the 2012 Humana Communities Benefit $100,000 signature grant.

Humana Communities Benefit is a chartiable-giving program that awards a one-time $100,000 grant to a nonprofit 501c(3) organization in the Nashville area, focused on improving health experiences or building healthy communities.
