As a nonprofit leader you understand the importance and value of the relationship between you and your governing board.  Is it possible that this relationship can be improved?  If so, you and your organization can benefit from this session.  This interactive session is based on the content from the book I am writing called “The Board Game.”  For your organization to thrive you must excel at playing the board game.

If you want to have great fun and learn some very useful skills then you will want to be a part of this workshop.  I have developed a game (an interactive exercise) based on the book that will encourage you to become involved in some lively and useful discussion of issues that might just impact the way you work with your Board.  Whether a leader or board member you and your organization will benefit from attending this session.  As they say, “you can’t win if you don’t play!”
