United Neighborhood Health Services Remind Us of the Importance of Local Health Care

A letter to the editor in today’s Tennessean from Mary Bufwack of United Neighborhood Health Services emphasizes a need for community health services:

There are 56 million people in the U.S. and over 60,000 in Nashville who are struggling without access to basic health care. I hope all will lend their support to assuring better insurance coverage for all and to supporting community hospitals and growing more health-care homes to meet the increasing health care needs in our community and country.
