Receiving the Mary Catherine Strobel award was one of the most surprising days of my life. Volunteering is something that is part of our families way of life. I’m from Nashville, knowing the good works Mrs. Strobel did was amazing to me. She was the heart of Nashville.
To be honored with her stills overwhelms me. Volunteering over the years for Mercy Ministries of Americia has changed my life. Helping others takes focus off of self. Helping the girls at Mercy has extended our family. We are always in contact each day with a Mercy graduate.” VOLUNTEERING DOES A HEART GOOD”
